& Requirements Who we are looking for
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance or management accounting roles.
  • Ability to confidently navigate financials through the key controlling and finance reports (e.g.: BS, P&L, CF tables).
  • Detailed understanding of the financial close, consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Good understanding of the controlling or FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis at various levels (plant, product, customer).
  • Proven experience in key accounting and finance processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging with senior management, or C-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required.
