& Requirements Who we are looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance or management accounting roles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • General understanding of financial statements (e.g.: BS, P&L, CF table).
  • General understanding of key finance processes such as budgeting, financial close, consolidation, management and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities include ability to summarize complex business problems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication skills, professional presence, and written communication skills are essential to interacting with clients and subject matter expert teams.
  • Self-motivated, strong team player, proactive and confident personality.
  • Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required.
