CFO

A senior leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to take full ownership of the finance function within a multi‑business‑unit environment. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, this role is responsible for financial controls, legislative compliance, consolidation and financial reporting to key stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a leading role in presenting the organisation to external financial audiences and building credibility with the Board, Shareholders, Advisers and Banks. This is a hands‑on executive finance position requiring strong technical expertise, commercial insight and the ability to lead the finance function while actively contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and mergers and acquisitions.
