CFO Evolution Justice Services Group Trainer In Custody

The Growth Company's (GC) Justice Services team is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Justice Services Group Trainer In Custody to join the programme and be based at HMP Wealstun, Leeds.


In this role, you will support individuals in custody through structured group sessions and one-to-one work, helping them prepare for release and rebuild their lives. You’ll deliver a structured six-week course to small groups, working closely with fellow facilitators, prison staff, and peer mentors to support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.


Key Responsibilities:
