Our client is a Finnish industrial company internationally known for its high‑quality machinery, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. The company’s headquarters is in Vaasa region, with sales offices in Sweden and outside Europe. Annual revenue is 40‑50 MEUR, and employees close to 100.

To support continued growth, the company is strengthening its teams in Vaasa and internationally and is now looking for a CFO.

The CFO is a key business partner responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management, supporting decision‑making across the organization. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement close to the business.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Member of the group management team
