CFD Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

Siemens StarCCM+ experience in tools is must. 1D & 3D CFD simulations using Siemens AMESIM tool would be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of different Battery Thermal Management & Cooling systems design. Good understanding of CFD, Heat Transfer, Fluid mechanics. Steady state and Transient thermal analysis for Busbar, Cell level and module level and Full pack level. And thermal analysis of motor cooling and electronics cooling analysis. Good experience in Pre-processing, Meshing and Post-processing & Report preparation. Education & Experience Requirements: in Thermal System Design, with industrial experience (Battery Thermal Management) in R&D with 3 - 5 years of experience.
