Job Overview

The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer (Product Management – Knowledge Management Systems) reports to the Deputy Director (Digital Enablement and Engagement) and is directly supervised by the Chief, Operations and Mission Engagement Solutions (OMES). The role will provide IOM with knowledge management systems and platforms that enable communications and strengthen evidence‑based policy making.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end product strategy for Operations, Media and Communications, including AI‑enabled agents in the Knowledge Management, collaboration and communications divisions.
• Shape the vision, roadmap, and governance for knowledge management systems and platforms, and multi‑agent AI systems within the Knowledge for Operations and the Media and Communications portfolios.
