Role Summary

The Foreman plays a key leadership role in the daily success of Hall Shoring & Foundations projects. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. The Foreman leads by example, directing operators, pumpmen, and labourers while maintaining clear communication with the Superintendent.
