CET Operations Director

About the role

As Operations Director you will be responsible for leading and developing delivery operations for the Finnish market of SD Worx. Our market in Finland consists of small, mid and large enterprise customers, including many of Finland’s most well‑known brands across the private sector. In addition we also serve international customers within the SD Worx Group. We aim for strong growth.

You will have full responsibility for achieving the short‑ and medium‑term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan and for delivering on our customer promise to clients. This means leading, directing, and managing day‑to‑day activities while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance operations to optimize productivity and business growth.
