We at Ebullient Securities are seeking a highly skilled CA and CPA professional with strong hands-on experience in US Taxation to support and scale our global operations.
This is a strategic finance role ideal for someone who understands cross-border taxation, regulatory frameworks, and US compliance structures within financial services/trading environments.
๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐:
๐น Qualified CA (India) + CPA (US) โ Mandatory
๐น 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Taxation
๐น Strong exposure to Federal & State Tax Compliance
๐น Experience with Form 1120, 1065, 5471, 5472, 1040NR (as applicable)
๐น Understanding of Transfer Pricing & Cross-Border Structuring
๐น Knowledge of DTAA (Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements)
๐น Experience handling US GAAP reporting & IRS compliance
๐น Exposure to financial services/trading industry is preferred
