Key Responsibilites
Conduct private and small group Pilates sessions (Reformer & Mat).
Ensure safe, effective, and technique-focused instruction.
Assess client fitness levels and tailor programs accordingly.
Deliver sessions aligned with Sol’s contemporary movement philosophy.
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to retention.
