Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Blood Collection Technician based in Kochi.
The role involves visiting customers for home sample collection, ensuring proper specimen handling, tele-sales, and service delivery. The candidate will also assist in promoting healthcare packages, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring high service quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
