Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Position Overview Inabia is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its Rehabilitation Therapy team.

The COTA works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to assist residents in improving functional abilities and regaining independence following illness, injury, or surgery.

The facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services , focusing on improving quality of life and supporting patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Assist residents with therapeutic activities designed to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills .

Provide therapy focused on self-care activities, functional mobility, and adaptive techniques .

Monitor and document patient progress and therapy outcomes .
