• Nurse Aide Registrar (NAR) Location: Plymouth, MN – Onsite Job Type On-Call, Nonexempt, Union Department: Nursing Reports To: Director of Nursing Job Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Assistant Registrar (NAR) provides assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established nursing procedures and resident care plans.

This position also reports observed changes in resident conditions to nursing staff and performs all duties consistent with the facility’s mission and values.  Shifts Available:

• On-Call, two shifts per month minimum, more may be available depending on scheduling and staffing levels.
