Job OverviewThe Plant Quality Engineer (PQE) is responsible for all aspects of product conformity for systems and components at the XYZ Plant.
The PQE reports directly to the PQE Lead and builds effective relationships with both salaried and hourly assembly plant and corporate personnel to complete projects within their area of responsibility.Location: Saltillo Assembly, *****, MX.ResponsibilitiesValidate product changes, provide technical expertise, and improve outgoing quality to meet or exceed customer expectations.Respond to manufacturing quality issues and manage all product changes with unquestioned integrity and commitment.Use advanced problem‐solving methods and SPW Kaizen methodology to support continuous quality improvement initiatives at the plant.Collaborate with cross‐functional manufacturing teams, facilitate consensus, and drive action from key stakeholders.Support external quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) management, driving improvement, corrective action...
