Certification Manager

The 
Credentialing Manager
 will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of their placement team. The Manager will support the core values of the company while ensuring we are supporting the Director. The Manager will meet at a minimum of monthly with each of their team members to ensure they have the tools needed to be successful and are reaching their weekly and monthly role expectations and milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-month metrics for each specialist on team to ensure goals are met and help them obtain next level milestone.
• Meet monthly in 1:1's with each team member to ensure personal (if requested by team member) and professional goals are clear and have plan for reaching.
• Manage daily problems which arise to overcome obstacles and ensure travelers are and remain fully credentialed.
