Cerner Support Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production support, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution. This role involves close coordination with development, support teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the stability and reliability of applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience with MySQL/MongoDB queries, API testing, and application/server monitoring. Strong analytical, communication, and scripting skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of incident management practices. Prior experience in L1/L2 production support will be a strong advantage.
