MURRAY MCINTOSH & ASSOCIATES LTD is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for the British Society for Plant Breeders (BSPB) to provide clear direction and leadership at a pivotal stage of its development. The successful candidate will define and deliver a cohesive strategy, engaging effectively with various stakeholders while ensuring organizational cohesion.

This role requires senior leadership experience within agriculture or life sciences, especially in membership-led organizations. The position will be predominantly based in Ely, with regular travel across the UK and some international engagements.
