BJAK is seeking a high-ownership operations generalist to join the CEO Office for their AI Neobank expansion. You will turn CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch, and daily operating rhythm.

You will track OKRs, decisions, blockers, and deadlines, coordinating with product, engineering, finance, legal, and country teams. This role demands calm under ambiguity and strong written updates to accelerate decisions.
