Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s mission and market opportunities. Identify emerging trends in the pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical sectors and adapt business plans accordingly. Lead M&A efforts, strategic partnerships, and global expansion initiatives. Oversee daily operations across R&D, production, supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing practices (GMP, ISO standards, FDA/EMA regulations). Collaborate with the CFO to manage financial planning, budgeting, and investor relations. Report financial and operational performance to the Board of Directors and stakeholders. Ensure all products meet international and local regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.).
