<p>Associate - Debt Syndication </p><p><br/></p><p>Role : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Co-ordinating & enhancing relationships with respective Bank, NBFC or any other prospective lenders for execution of mandate <br/><br/>- Preparing detailed Information Memorandum, Pitch book, Presentations.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely submission of information and clarify queries from Banks, FIs, Credit Funds and NBFCs.<br/><br/>- Making Presentations and Proposal Documentation<br/><br/>- Client Acquisition for Debt Syndication.
