Our Client, a growing bilingual preschool that empowers its leaders to drive educational excellence, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Centre Administrator.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Handling incoming calls
- Data Entry
- Administrative duties
- Photocopying, scanning, filing and faxing correspondences
- Provide general admin supports and ad hoc duties as assigned
- GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- Well organised and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS office
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediately
- Location: River Valley
- Working Days/Hours: 5 days, Office hours
