Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Manager Operations and support overall operations, enhancing member experience, operational efficiency, and data quality. Key duties include compliance reporting, automation initiatives, quality control, administrative functions, and loan and deposit document review for compliance. You will identify opportunities to promote and cross‑sell products, refer to appropriate staff, and consistently demonstrate the Enhanced Service Commitment, maintain strong member relationships, work as a team member, and set a personal example of service and professionalism.
