Profile Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee central control operations for transportation systems.
  • Manage real-time monitoring and coordination of transportation networks.
  • Develop and implement protocols for responding to incidents and emergencies.
  • Coordinate response efforts during accidents, disruptions, or emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety audits.
  • Maintain and enhance central control equipment and technology systems.
  • Supervise a team of central control operators, dispatchers, and support staff.
  • Analyze transportation data and generate performance reports.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize transportation operations.
  • Collaborate with departments, agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain 24/7 coverage by managing shift schedules.
