Job Description
onsemi is seeking a **reliable and motivated Central Utility Plant (CUP) Operator** to support our site, Hopewell Junction, the safe and efficient operation of our facility’s utility systems. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in facilities operations while working a **compressed work week on the night shift** .
The operator will assist in monitoring and operating critical infrastructure, including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and associated equipment.
**Night 2: 6:30 PM-7:00 AM Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, e/o Saturday, extra 15% night shift differential**
**Sign on bonus: $5,000**
**Sign-On Bonus:** Subject to your commencing employment with us, you will also be eligible to receive a sign on award in the gross amount of $5,000, which will be paid in 4 quarterly payments of $1,250 each (subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions).
