Central Support Team, External Fulfillment

Description

External Fulfillment (EF) is Amazon's strategic partnership program where we collaborate with Sellers and Vendors to facilitate direct shipments from their warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor core KPIs: OTD, CPT adherence, backlog, defect rate, and productivity.
• Track daily performance and flag gaps vs. target in a timely manner.
• Support dive deeps on recurring issues or when two or more metrics trend out of range.
• Partner with 3PB and Ops teams to follow up on action plans.
• Document root causes, assign owners, and track ETAs until closure.
• Escalate risks impacting service level or carrier execution.
