Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment & hiring: coordinates interview schedules, tracks progress of applications, and regularly reports on status | milestones | red flags to CE heads. 



  • Record/ information management:

    Routing and tracking of documents for approval

    Administrative record-keeping: such as software licenses, FFE and IT equipment accountability, training bonds, probationary PAR, resignation letters, clearances, etc

    Personnel performance management & career development: Supports CE heads in maintaining a system that will define, track, consolidate, report on progress, and flag concerns regarding (a) personnel performance (whether PAR scores or quota completion); and (b) career development paths of each CE personnel.
