We’re looking for a hands‑on and driven Central Operations Manager to lead our Norwegian Central Operations team – the hub connecting first, middle, and last‑mile logistics for both our Box and Home services.

You’ll play a key role in one of Instabee’s largest and fastest‑growing markets, ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. With strong growth foundations already in place, this is the time to push the pace – driving continuous improvements, supporting expansion, and building a structure that can grow with us.
