QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Training And Experience

Eligible to practice in British Columbia under the Registered Nurses Act. Have a minimum three years experience in a health related field (community based experience an asset). Be computer literate and capable of data entry.

Skills And Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Community support services.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize the workload, keep professional judgment, empathy, tact, and integrity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deal with staff, other health care professionals and the public.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and able to accept change as the program evolves.
