Job Title: Central Energy Plant Manager

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Overview
The Asset Manager IV will be responsible to work with a set of company customers to review energy usage and strategies in order to implement the best practices. This will include directly managing the O&M of the CEP for the campus, working with, and mentoring the owner's staff on the O&M and energy usage of multiple facilities as part of a greater campus effort.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the Central Energy Plant (CEP) operations and maintenance, including overseeing subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers.
+ Review daily energy usage and implement best practices for facility energy efficiency.
+ Mentor the owner's staff on O&M procedures and energy strategies.
+ Manage Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
