Job Purpose:-

The Centre Manager role is pivotal, overseeing our Skill Development Centre's operations, including project management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, placement facilitation, Rural BPO establishment, financial management, and data-driven decision-making. This position is central to our mission of empowering individuals through skill development and education, ultimately driving socio-economic development within our communities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

Project Planning and Implementation:

* Plan, execute, and monitor Skill Development projects, including PMKVY and Paid Courses.

* Mobilize students for skill development programs and suggest appropriate trades based on profiling.

* Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Plans specified in project guidelines.
