**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ · Hours 8:00am – 4:00pm
+ · Customer service face to face contact providing tracking explanations to customers
+ · Investigations daily to locate delivery information
+ · Providing tracking explanation’s to internal enquires via email
+ · Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information
+ · Complete address change information for packages when required
+ · Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures
+ · Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management
