Ensure that Trican’s core value, “We won’t put anyone in harm’s way” is the priority in all activitiesOperate semi tractors and trailers in all conditionsParticipate in the investigation of incidentsPerform pre and post-trip inspections and accurately fill out all required formsAttend pre-job safety meetings on locationInspect and properly configure all equipmentOperate all equipment in a safe and responsible mannerRig-out (disassemble) all equipment for travelMaintain units and auxiliary equipmentConsult with supervisor and crew regarding any operational deficienciesExperience & Skills:
Valid Class 1 Driver's licence is requiredHigh school diploma is an assetSafe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requestedPhysically fit – heavy lifting requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
