We are supporting an innovativeclean technology company that is looking for a Cell Test Technician to join its growing R&D team.

This is a hands‑on laboratory role focused on electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, and electrochemical testing. Working closely with scientists and electrochemists, you will support the development and validation of next‑generation materials through high‑quality experimental work and accurate data collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrode manufacturing processes, including slurry mixing, coating, and calendaring
• Assemble coin and pouch cells within controlled laboratory and dry‑room environments
• Execute battery cell testing programmes and support electrochemical investigations
• Maintain laboratory equipment, test systems, and thermal chambers
