Cell Lead (Production Lead)

Position Overview:

• Organizes work of assigned cell in order to provide optimal utilization of production capacity, high quality products and maintaining safety in the work cell. Owns 24/7 Safety, Quality, Delivery & Productivity area results. Responsible for building team capability through active coaching of the cell line pair leader and definition of training requirements of the line team.
• Participates in key planned activities to role model and coach teams. Responsible for driving/leading improvement plans for area. Being a role-model of high standard for the cell team. Manage and inspire the cell team's performance and career and drive their retention and commitment. When there is a gap in team’s results and capability, hold your team leaders accountable.
