As Head Coach, you will collaborate with the athletic programming team while reporting to the Coordinator of Student Services. Your role encompasses developing training regimens, coaching practices and games, as well as tracking academic progress for each athlete. Additionally, you will help recruit and mentor the future stars of ultimate frisbee.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in the recruitment of promising athletes
• Plan and execute a yearly training schedule
• Direct practice sessions and oversee game strategies
• Ensure academics are monitored for all athletes
