Cebu: Property Specialist

The Property Specialist role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cebu, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The individual in this role will:

* Promote and sell residential properties, conduct client presentations, and handle property viewings and site tours.

* Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, responding to inquiries, maintaining relationships with buyers and tenants, and providing accurate information on property features, pricing, and payment terms.

* The Property Specialist will prepare and process sales documentation, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction completion, and maintain updated knowledge of project inventory and market trends.

•The role also involves meeting sales targets, attending training and sales events, and representing Shang Properties in a professional manner.
