CDS Executive (Customer Development Service)

Coordinate with internal team to manage assign customers to ensure total customer satisfaction

Work proactively to exceed customer expectations in conjunction with company business growth

Manage assign customer in terms of business and commercial perspective

Monitor day to day business operation to meet target budgeted

Create relevant management reporting with high data accuracy on a weekly basis and communicate in a timely manner.

Monitor and control assign customer account materials E&O

Assist the team with business and execution strategies for product introduction

Provide RFQ to existing and New customer

Claim NRE and Extra Cost needed from Projects with Customers correctly.

Manage all customer communications, upward and downward through the organization; elevate key issues and present options for resolution to the management.
