 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Educational Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects

  • English, full proficient use

    • Desirable:

  • Master degree in engineering or scientific topics

  • Able to demonstrate tool and process knowledge in specific group ( a Performance Manager would be desirable to have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt certification)

    • Experience:

    Mandatory:

  • Engineering and processes background

  • Experience in project/program execution and management

  • Specific hands-on experience in its own Metier/Domain

  • Experience and understanding in project effort estimation

  • Knowledge of several Alstom platform

  • Experience in performance/ processes & governance/ workload/ planning management or related field.
