JOB SUMMARY


The CDP – Garde Manger is responsible for the preparation, presentation, and quality control of cold kitchen items, including appetizers, salads, and buffet cold dishes. This role ensures that all garde manger products meet established quality, hygiene, and presentation standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations and timely service.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Food Preparation and Production

  • Prepare and produce cold kitchen items such as appetizers, salads, dressings, cold platters, and buffet items.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all garde manger dishes.
