CDO Senior Manager

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and M&A, working closely with Nokia’s senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute new growth opportunities - both organic and inorganic. Ideal candidates bring substantial experience from investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or corporate strategy, and are ready to manage entire deal processes and strategic analyses from thesis through execution.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Support all phases of deal execution, including sourcing, screening, due diligence coordination, and investment committee materials.
• Manage and own agreed deals / projects entirely.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams - finance, strategy, legal, and business units - during due diligence, deal execution and integration.
