Manage drilling operations on mining projects, underground and surface exploration, at many levels including manpower, assets, drilling equipment and customer relationship.Lead crew to always perform at a high-quality by executing tasks effectively in a manner that will not endanger self or others or the environment. Communicate to employees the importance of performing assigned duties following all applicable legislation, company policies and safe work procedures.Supervise activities in a safe, productive, and cost-efficient way.Ensure that all equipment is kept in order while maintaining efficient drilling productivity.Contribute by teaching and demonstrating commitment to controlling risks and eliminating hazards.Address all inquiries from clients regarding the day-to-day activities of the operations but only in accordance with directives from management.Ensure induction policies are followed.
