CCTV Technician

Job Description

The CCTV Technician Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems to ensure security and safety of company premises. The role requires vigilance, technical understanding of surveillance equipment, and timely reporting of incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and review recorded footage
• Ensure proper functioning of cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and related equipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate repairs/maintenance when required
• Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and surveillance records
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or equipment faults promptly
• Assist in installation, configuration, and alignment of CCTV cameras if required
