CCTV Systems Engineer

The CCTV Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration and optimisation of video surveillance systems. The role involves hands-on engineering, system integration and technical support across CCTV infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CCTV solutions including fixed, PTZ and thermal camera networks, NVR/VMS platforms and storage systems.

• Specify and validate camera placement, coverage, lens selection, environmental ratings and lighting requirements to achieve operational and security objectives.

• Ensure CCTV designs and installations comply with site and organisational standards

• Configure and optimise video analytics, including motion detection, object detection and line-crossing rules.
