Download, redact, and securely share CCTV/video footage to support client incident and investigation requests (e.g. suspected theft, disturbances, or other escalations).

Liaise professionally with the client, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and developing strong working relationships.

Escalate video technology issues to engineering or field teams where onsite intervention is required.
