CCTV Operator

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems at our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure store security, prevent theft, and report any suspicious activities in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and store assets
• Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, or policy violations
• Maintain records of incidents and daily observations
• Coordinate with store management and security teams when required
• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues
• Follow company security policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Matric.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance operations
• Good observation and reporting skills
