CBS Time & Attendance Admin (Pre-payroll)
Mission
Provide confidence and support to internal partners regarding worked hours and attendance records in order to deliver accurate, timely and certain payments in an efficient manner according to Michelin's Policies and values.
Responsibilities
- Run Payroll file (Sign off week)
- Run Payroll checklist (Off week)
- Inputs: Employment Terms, WC, MLOA, Holidays, and New Hires
- Historical corrections – Offcycles
- Phone calls and plant communications
- Reporting – Costing, Vacation, and IE
- Review data – Step progressions, Terminations, Incentives
- Primary backup for designated site(s)
- Support all internal partner requests
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working with pre-payroll or human resources activities
