The jobholder is responsible for creation, implementation, management and monitoring of intermediate Usage programs. These programs/campaigns/promos are designed to achieve assigned targets related credit card volume/billings based on identified strategies.

The jobholder should have adequate adequate customer insighting and business analytical skills to generate key strategies for the delivery of usage KPIs.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Data-driven customer insighting, business analysis and strategy development
  • Partner onboarding, management and engagement of top merchants/partners
  • Curation and orchestration of relevant offers, promos and communications to target segments
  • End-to-end planning, execution, coordination (internal and external) and implementation across all channels (Digital, SMS, Viber, EDM, MBOA etc)
