JOB SUMMARY

The Program Officers job focuses on creating, implementing, managing and monitoring usage campaigns under the cards team. These campaigns and programs are created/designed to achieve targets for credit card volume/billings based on identified strategies.

The job entails internal and external stakeholders engagement, which includes strategizing with various teams, leveraging on data insights to create campaigns and offers that will engage the banks credit card customers.

Campaign Design & Execution

• Data driven insights, business analytics and strategy development.
• Campaign creation designed to generate incremental volume and improve customer engagement and retention.
• Budget management and optimization. Manage and monitor, budget utilization and P&L of campaigns and strategies.
