Leading a small team for overall C&B tasks, implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.Handling C&B review and benchmark to create a new policy to support business requirements and ensure cost-effective and competitive company benefits.Delivering strategic compensation and benefits solutions, designing competitive packages, and developing a compensation structure.Controlling and reviewing the budget of compensation review, salary review, and bonus planning.Researching the employee motives to implement rewards and benefits programs based on staff needs.Working on job analysis, salary structure, salary surveys, and providing recommendations based on research and analysis to the management team.
