Job Description

  • Leading a small team for overall C&B tasks, implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
  • Handling C&B review and benchmark to create a new policy to support business requirements and ensure cost-effective and competitive company benefits.
  • Delivering strategic compensation and benefits solutions, designing competitive packages, and developing a compensation structure.
  • Controlling and reviewing the budget of compensation review, salary review, and bonus planning.
  • Researching the employee motives to implement rewards and benefits programs based on staff needs.
  • Working on job analysis, salary structure, salary surveys, and providing recommendations based on research and analysis to the management team.
